About Paul

Paul Richman is the founder of PR Films, a London-based video production company making creative films for private and corporate clients around the world.

From his childhood in North London, Paul still remembers the excitement of ‘Warren the Video Man’ arriving outside the house with a brochure full of VHS sleeves. Even at eight years old, his obsession with visual storytelling was obvious.

The obsession gathered pace and Paul graduated from university with a Film Studies degree. His first professional involvement in TV and film followed shortly, as a runner at Blue Post Production in Soho. Despite the long days and hard graft, Paul felt lucky to have his foot in the door of a prestigious production house.

Paul’s career went from strength to strength for 12 years, rising to the role of Producer and working on programmes including Panorama, Take Me Out and Changing Rooms, before making the bold decision to bring his wealth of experience and high production values to private clients by launching Atmotion with Stephen Hill in 2011.

Paul helped develop Atmotion into one of the top videography companies in Europe, winning numerous accolades including ‘Best Wedding Videographer in London & The South East’ at the Wedding Industry Awards.

Paul and his team filmed weddings and society celebrations in venues worldwide from Kensington Palace to Rainbow Room New York. Paul also became a preferred supplier to venues including Blenheim Palace, Claridges, The Dorchester, Four Seasons Hampshire, Kensington Palace, The Landmark, The Langham, Renaissance St Pancras, The Ritz, The Rosewood & The Savoy.

Paul sees himself as “a people person” and brings this trait to the fore, whether he is looking after a bride and groom or filming with “A Listers" from Prince William to the Ecclestone Family. On the corporate side, Atmotion produced films for big brands including Huawei, TSB Bank and The O2 Arena. With Paul at the helm, their production values were always on point, trusted by discerning families and worldwide brands alike.

Having recently launched PR Films, Paul is more motivated than ever to push the boundaries of quality even further, to be a supportive presence for his clients, and to use his skills and passion to preserve as many priceless and fleeting moments as possible.
